Shipping & Returns
Innovative Healing Touch ships fast, traceable and insured shipments via UPS or USPS to anywhere in the continental United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received, Ground Shipped packages should be received by the customer in 5-7 business days.
We proudly offer $10 Flat Rate Shipping (Ground Shipped) to anywhere in the continental U.S. and as always, Free Shipping is provided on all order or $85 or more.
(Note: You must have a valid shipping address.)
Delivery of your order may require an adult signature. If you would like us to ship the order without the signature requirement, please note this in the comments section on the payment page. In the event you waive the signature requirement and the delivery company confirms delivery but the package was not received by you, Innovative Healing Touch will not be held responsible.
Cancelling Your Order
Orders may only be cancelled before we have dispatched the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email or call us toll free at (877) 217-7971. A representative will advise you of the order status. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel the order and therefore unable to refund payment.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please advise us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions at that time. In most cases, you will be required to return the product to our designated warehouse with a photograph of the damage, and we will replace it at our own discretion if we determine the claim to be valid. Unfortunately, claims made after 7 days of receipt of order, will not be honored.
Claims for non-receipt of orders must be made within 7 days of order placement. In the event you do not receive your order, please contact us by phone or email and we will track the order. If it is determined that the order was not delivered we will re-send the order promptly.
